Politics Is Downstream of Values

Policy is concerned with ‘how’, it’s an implementation. Two people with the same set of values can come with different solutions to the same problem
On the largest scale, every citizen wants to do the right thing for the country. They share the same base value in wanting the best for the country they reside in
It’s a shame to alienate and lose people when politics differ. The more important question is to ask where such beliefs come from and if that is a good place
Good people can have bad ideas and bad people can have good ideas
Perhaps the other side of the coin is to consistently spend time with people you don’t like but all you share is that you’re vegan
