You’re Always Allowed To Change Your Mind

There’s a saying in Norwegian which says “ingen skam å snu”, which translates into “there is no shame in turning around”. This is reminds people going on hikes that there’s no shame in turning around for whatever reason.
You’re always allowed to change your mind and turn around. The people that care about you will understand even if they may not always know or understand the reason.
Sometimes something has run its course and that is fine.
It follows that others are always allowed to change their mind, allow for this.
